Do my customers need to install an app? +
No. They just message your restaurant's WhatsApp number like they would message a friend. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.
What if customers ask about future dates? +
Right now the bot only accepts same-day bookings. It's built for how most walk-in and same-day demand actually works — we may expand this later.
How does TezStack make money? +
A flat monthly subscription — that's it. We don't take a commission on your bookings or your revenue.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. It's month-to-month with no long-term contract. If payment stops, the bot is automatically deactivated — no cancellation calls needed.
What happens if the bot goes down? +
We actively monitor and maintain the bot as part of your subscription. We're a small, hands-on team rather than a large platform, so if anything goes wrong we're reachable directly — we don't publish a formal uptime SLA at this stage.
Does this work with my POS system? +
Not yet. POS integration is on our roadmap, along with ordering and analytics dashboards, but it isn't live today — we'd rather tell you that clearly than promise something we haven't built.

Who we are
We're a small team building restaurant tech out of Karachi. TezStack started because we kept hearing the same complaint from restaurant owners: booking platforms take a cut of every table you fill, and the tools for direct bookings were either too complex or didn't exist for WhatsApp-first customers.
Our approach
Simple and transparent. One number, one bot, one monthly price. The platform is owned and operated by TezStack — restaurants subscribe to use it, rather than owning the bot itself, which is how we're able to keep it maintained, reliable, and affordable.
Restaurant reservations are live today. TezStack is building more WhatsApp-native automation tools for other industries next.
